Washington Gas, which supplies natural gas to more than 1.1 million customers in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, said it will establish its customer service, credit, and collections and billing operations in Virginia. The company has signed a five-year deal with Faneuil, a call center services company, to operate two redundant call centers in Hampton and Martinsville by the end of next year.
