Police have identified a suspect in a shooting that killed one person and wounded two others at the Blue Ridge Apartments in South Richmond on Monday. Richmond police said late Wednesday that they are seeking Anwar “Wawa” Phillips, 30. He is known to frequent the hotels and motels on Midlothian Turnpike.
