Her mother’s love for Christmas, her family’s involvement with schools and her own sister’s tenure as Christmas Mother all played into Dianna Gordon’s decision to lead this year’s Goochland Christmas Mother program. Gordon started as an elementary school teacher, became a principal and retired in 2013 as director of elementary education in Goochland County.
